Some info about attending the Beer Academy:

  • Your General Admission or VIP ticket grants you access to the Beer Academy sessions.
  • There is no fee to attend the Beer Academy sessions.
  • Upon entering the festival grounds, stop by the Beer Academy tent to sign up for the sessions you are interested in (based on availability) and receive a ticket.
  • Limited seating – first come, first served…when each session is full, it’s full, so please sign up early in the day for your best chance to attend.
  • Beer Academy tent is located on festival grounds in the middle of the Brewer’s tents.
  • Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes. 
  • Speakers and topics are scheduled to change without notice.
  • Sorry, no one with a “Designated Driver” ticket allowed in the Beer Academy sessions.  
  • The Beer Academy is Saturday only. There are no Beer Academy sessions on Friday.

Horsemen's Park - Horsepower Car Show

August 20, 2017, 10:00am - August 20, 2017, 3:00pm

Our first car show is Sunday, August 20! Bring your classic car or come out and vote for your favorite! It's a benefit for Make-A-Wish! Open to all car clubs. Registration starts at 10 a.m. $10 registration fee. Horsemen's Park southeast parking lot. Divisions: 1950/earlier stock and modified 1951/1965 stock and modified 1966/present stock and modified People's Choice Attendees can vote for their favorite by buying tickets. One $1 ticket equals one vote. Ballot boxes will be placed in front of each car. Proceeds go to Make-a-Wish. Winners receive a trophy courtesy of Horsemen's Park.
